What Parents
and Students Say

Sen-No-Sen Martial Arts is truly a gem! After 20 years away from martial arts, I feel so fortunate to have restarted my journey here — this time training side by side with my 7-year-old son. The instructors are incredibly kind and encouraging, and the atmosphere is always positive and respectful. It’s a family-friendly space where both kids and adults feel supported and empowered. There’s plenty of parking, the facility is clean, and the sense of community is outstanding. So grateful to be part of the Sen-No-Sen family!

My child started Karate at Senosen a short time ago, and I’ve already seen a big improvement both mentally and physically. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly care about each student’s growth. There’s a noticeable boost in confidence, focus, and discipline — and it’s clear they’re enjoying the classes. The atmosphere is positive and supportive, helping students stay motivated and engaged. I’m very happy we joined Senosen Karate and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a great martial arts program.

Maryam Bagherzadeh

I absolutely love this dojo. The atmosphere is warm, positive, and full of good energy. Walking in feels like joining a family. Sensei is truly amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and always ready to help and guide each student with genuine care. He explains and corrects in such a supportive way that makes you feel encouraged, not overwhelmed. The classmates are just as wonderful. Everyone supports each other, cheers one another on, and makes the training experience something to look forward to. Even Saturday morning classes feel exciting and uplifting! I’m very grateful to be part of this dojo. Highly, highly recommended.

Sensei Naziri is a highly qualified teacher with a strong focus on fundamentals. He is passionate about teaching and works diversely well with young and experienced students. The dojo offers both Kumite and Kata learning and has multiple classes throughout the week, including weekend sessions, which is perfect for busy people like me. Very lucky to have the opportunity to train here at SenoSen.

What happens after I book a trial session?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your class time and what to bring. When you arrive, our team will greet you, help you get settled, and guide you through a fun, beginner-friendly session. After the class, we’ll walk you through the next steps if you’d like to join.
Can I start martial arts programs at any age or fitness level?
Yes. Our classes are designed for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning after a break, or already active, our instructors tailor the training to fit your pace and goals.
Are the classes fun and engaging for kids and adults?
Definitely. While we teach discipline, focus, and strong technique, our classes are supportive, energetic, and motivating. Kids stay active and excited, and adults enjoy meaningful workouts that feel rewarding—not intimidating.
Do I need prior experience to join?
No experience is required. We start with the fundamentals and guide every student step by step. Beginners feel welcome, and experienced students are challenged appropriately within the same class.
What makes Senosen Martial Arts different from other clubs?
Senosen offers expert instruction, small group attention, and a strong community environment. We focus on both skill development and personal growth—building confidence, discipline, resilience, and real-life character through martial arts and wellness.
What should I wear or bring for my first class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. For martial arts, uniforms and protective gear are introduced after enrollment, and we guide you through everything needed.
How often should I attend classes to see progress?
Most students train 2–3 times per week. Consistency is key—regular attendance builds technique, fitness, confidence, and long-term habit formation. Our recommendation is minimum 2 sessions per week.
Can my child or I compete or take part in tournaments?
Yes. Both kids and adults can participate in competitions if they wish. Our programs—such as Karate, Kung Fu, Wrestling, and Muay Thai—offer structured paths for students who want to compete. Coaches provide safe, progressive preparation based on your (or your child’s) interest, readiness, and skill level. Participation is always optional and fully supported.
Are the instructors certified and experienced?
Absolutely. Our coaches are certified, highly trained, and experienced in teaching kids, teens, and adults. They are selected not only for their skill, but also for their ability to teach safely, positively, and effectively.
How do I choose the right program for myself or my child?
Our trial session is the best place to start. You’ll get a feel for the class style, pace, and environment. After the session, we help you choose the program that matches your goals—whether fitness, confidence-building, competition, skill development, or personal growth.
